Welcome to LBS!

LBS Connections provides neurodiversity-affirming behavior and educational support for autistic individuals and families through a compassionate, real-life approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

That means we focus on connection, communication, emotional regulation, independence, advocacy, and meaningful skill-building — without forcing compliance, suppressing stimming, or encouraging masking.

Services include behavior support, parent coaching, IEP guidance and advocacy, executive functioning support, daily living skills, school collaboration, and social-emotional development. Our goal is to help individuals build confidence and skills while fully being themselves.

We currently accept private pay and are actively in the credentialing process to become in-network with managed care and commercial insurance plans, with a focus on making transitions into insurance-funded services as smooth as possible for families.

LBS Connections proudly provides in-person services throughout Shelby, Miami, Montgomery, and surrounding Dayton-area communities, with virtual support available beyond our in-person service area.

Because at LBS Connections, stimming is a strength, curiosity is encouraged, and every voice matters.

Let’s learn, bridge, and stim together.
