Our
Story
At LBS Connections, people come first — always.
Founded by Logan Spaugy, an educator, Intervention Specialist, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Dayton, LBS Connections was created to provide affirming, individualized support for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
We believe growth should never come at the cost of authenticity. That’s why our approach blends evidence-based practices with compassion, creativity, collaboration, and a playful spirit. Here, stimming is celebrated, curiosity is encouraged, and every individual is supported as they are — not molded into who others expect them to be.
Whether we’re guiding families, supporting learners, mentoring professionals, or building community connections, our mission remains the same: to create meaningful spaces where people feel empowered to learn, grow, and thrive on their own terms.
People-first. Heart-forward. Neurodiversity-affirming.

she/her
Hi, I’m Logan — Intervention Specialist, BCBA, music lover, mom to a wildly curious toddler, and caretaker of six very opinionated cats.
I created LBS Connections because I wanted to build the kind of space I couldn’t always find in this field: one that feels human first. A space where neurodivergent individuals are supported without being pressured to hide who they are, where stimming is celebrated, and where growth is measured by confidence, connection, and authenticity — not compliance.
My approach blends evidence-based support with creativity, compassion, flexibility, and a little bit of chaos (the fun kind). I believe learning should feel engaging, relationships matter more than perfection, and meaningful progress can absolutely happen while laughing, moving, exploring interests, and being fully yourself.
Outside of work, you can usually find me chasing after my toddler, listening to music, hyper-fixating on a new project idea at 11 PM, or convincing myself I definitely do not need another Cricut accessory.
At the center of everything I do is one simple belief: people deserve to feel safe, seen, respected, and empowered exactly as they are.
