Refund Policy

At LBS Connections, we strive to provide meaningful, individualized services.

General Policy:

• All new clients require a consultation prior to service booking.

• Once services are rendered, fees are non-refundable, including partial sessions, except where required by law.

Exceptions:

• If a session is canceled by LBS Connections, you will receive a full refund or credit.

• Refunds for pre-paid packages may be offered at our discretion if services cannot be provided.
