At LBS Connections, LLC, we strive to provide high-quality educational materials and products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Courses)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, due to the nature of instant access and delivery. If you have trouble accessing your download or believe there was an error, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If we offer physical items:

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

To start a return, email us at hello@lbsconnections.com with your order number and reason for return.

3. Affiliate or Third-Party Products

Products purchased through third-party links or affiliate referrals are subject to that seller’s refund and return policies. We do not handle returns or exchanges for third-party items.

4. Workshop or Event Registrations

If we host paid live or virtual events:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the event.

  • If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.
