Service Description

Parenting and supporting a neurodivergent child can feel like a lot to hold—and not every situation calls for a full therapy plan. Sometimes, you just need space to talk things through with someone who gets it. At LBS Connections, sessions are led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and grounded in evidence-based practices, while staying intentionally neurodiversity-affirming, person-centered, and non-compliance-based. We focus on understanding the why behind behavior and creating supports that respect your child’s autonomy and individuality. These one-on-one sessions are designed to help you problem-solve, reflect, and move forward with clarity in a way that actually works for your family. We can support you with: - Challenging or tough moments at home - Routines, transitions, and everyday stressors - Emotional regulation and co-regulation strategies - School concerns - General questions about development, supports, and next steps No pressure. No judgment. No one-size-fits-all advice—just thoughtful, individualized guidance rooted in connection and real-life application. Come with questions, leave with clarity. Services are provided by Logan Spaugy, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed Intervention Specialist who has been supporting individuals with disabilities since high school. Logan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, has been a BCBA since 2019, and brings nearly a decade of experience across education, behavior support, advocacy, and neurodiversity-affirming care. Please Note: All new clients begin with a free consultation to ensure LBS Connections is the right fit before booking services. Service Area: We offer in-person sessions across Shelby, Miami, and Montgomery counties, along with surrounding areas in the greater Dayton community. Virtual sessions are always available for families outside the area—or when that simply works best for you. Payment & Insurance: LBS Connections offers both private pay and Medicaid waiver-funded services. We currently accept Medicaid waiver plans and are in the process of becoming in-network with most managed healthcare and commercial insurance providers. At this time, we are out-of-network with Buckeye Health Plan (Medicaid). Private pay services allow for flexible, individualized support without diagnostic or authorization requirements.
