Led by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), our work is grounded in evidence-based practices while intentionally moving beyond compliance-based models. We prioritize autonomy, relationship-building, and real-life, sustainable strategies that align with each person’s needs. We welcome opportunities to collaborate with: - County boards and developmental disability services - Schools and educational programs - Community-based organizations and nonprofits - Clinics and multidisciplinary teams - Family support programs and advocacy groups Ways we can partner: -Direct support services (home, community, or virtual) -Parent/caregiver coaching and consultation -Staff training and professional development -Program development and support -IEP collaboration and advocacy guidance At LBS Connections, we aim to be a flexible, values-aligned partner—bringing a neurodiversity-affirming lens to every setting we’re invited into.
